Twenty-five years of plastering means very few jobs come as a surprise — old lath ceilings, blown render, Artex, awkward chimney breasts and walls that were never straight to begin with.
All aspects of plastering are covered, interior and exterior, from a single patched wall to a full property. The work is carried out across Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas.

It depends on the size of the room, the condition of the existing walls and how much preparation is needed. A single wall skim is a very different job to a full house. Send a few photos and the rough room sizes and you'll get a straight price rather than a guess.
A single room skim is often a day's work. Larger jobs, ceilings, or walls that need patching and preparing first will take longer. You'll be told how long the job should take before any work starts.
As a general rule fresh plaster wants to be fully dry and an even colour right across the wall before you paint — that usually takes several days to a couple of weeks depending on the thickness, the room and the time of year. The first coat should be a watered-down mist coat.
Often yes. If the Artex is sound it can usually be prepared and skimmed over to leave a flat modern finish. Where it's loose or heavily textured a different approach such as overboarding may be better. It's a job that's easier to judge from photos.
Usually. Cracks, holes, blown patches and chases left by electricians and plumbers can be cut out, made good and finished so the repair disappears into the wall.
Yes, and it genuinely helps. A couple of photos of the walls or ceiling means the job can be understood properly and priced more accurately from the start.
